• What does the treatment involve?

  In just one treatment, 3-5 million natural siliceous micro needles are gently massaged into the dermis layer of the skin. • What is involved during the downtime?

  Flaking or peeling may occur around days 3 to 5, depending on the level of penetration and the client's current skin condition. It’s important to note that not everyone will experience peeling after treatment, which doesn’t indicate a lack of effectiveness; rather, it may suggest that the skin is regenerating more rapidly.
  Spongilla spicules are not absorbed by the skin but can remain for approximately 48 to 72 hours. After this period, they will be shed along with the stratum corneum that has sloughed off.
  In comparison to traditional metal microneedling, this procedure is far more straightforward and substantially minimises the risk of infection.
  Unlike chemical peels and herbal peels, SQT® spongilla spicules therapy has NO SIDE EFFECTS and is suitable for all skin types and tones. This is because its ingredients are entirely natural and free from acids or harmful components.

• Is the facial painful

  The treatment may cause a bit of discomfort as the sponge spicules penetrate the Dermis. Over the next 72 hours, these spicules will naturally shed from the skin. During this period, it is common for the skin to appear slightly red, dry, flaky, and tender. However, once this recovery phase is complete, any discomfort will disappear.
