She has currently been nursing for an impressive 32 years, and holds a BSc Advanced Nurse Practitioner degree, as well as being an Independent Nurse Prescriber. With a passion for helping people, Tracey spent ten years on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where she provided critical care to newborns. Following this, she spent a further ten years working in a large General Practice, specialising in women's health, contraception and sexual health. Her invaluable expertise in these areas was instrumental in playing a vital role in the community. Traceys unwavering dedication to helping people has always been her driving force, and this led her to venture into aesthetics. She is now the proud owner and medical director of Rejuvenation Rooms, a leading clinic that provides exceptional aesthetic treatments to clients across the country. With 7 years of aesthetic experience under her belt she is one of the most trusted and reliable professionals in her field. Her commitment to producing natural looking results and enhancing her clients self confidence has earned her an outstanding reputation within the industry. Since the inception of Rejuvenation Rooms in 2016, Chris has been working diligently behind the scenes alongside Tracey to develop and expand the business. As a compliance officer, Chris is responsible for ensuring that the clinic adheres to regulatory standards while maintaining a client-focused approach. Chris's background in consulting engineering has equipped him with a level-headed demeanor, allowing him to make sound decisions that benefit our clients. He is actively involved in the clinic's operations and can often be found assisting clients with booking appointments and answering questions at the reception desk. Chris is passionate about providing a 5-star experience for every client and takes great pride in the positive impact Rejuvenation Rooms has on people's lives.

With extensive experience in customer-facing roles, Adele possesses a kind and helpful manner when addressing your queries and managing your bookings. She is dedicated to ensuring that you receive a relaxed and stress-free experience, whether you're visiting the clinic or communicating with us remotely. Adele is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic and addressing any concerns or questions that you may have. She takes pride in her job and derives immense satisfaction from witnessing the positive transformation our clients experience as they progress through their personalised treatment journeys. In her free time, Adele indulges in her passion for writing and after relocating to Kings Lynn from Leicester, she enjoys exploring the various attractions that Norfolk has to offer.

Emily joined our team at Rejuvenation Rooms in January, bringing with her 6 years of experience in the beauty industry. Having trained to NVQ Level 3 in beauty, specialising in facials and massage, her passion for making a positive difference in people's lives by helping them feel good about themselves is truly inspiring. Outside of work, Emily enjoys engaging in creative activities such as arts and crafts, reading, and keeping fit. She is a dynamic and proactive individual, making her an excellent addition to the Rejuvenation Rooms family. Emily is responsible for providing a wide range of treatments, including facials, massages, and laser hair removal. She is also the main clinician for our Emerald fat loss laser treatments which have been incredibly successful, helping numerous clients achieve their desired results.

Starting her career in the beauty industry at the young age of 15, Shannon has amassed over 12 years of experience in both electrical and holistic treatments. Her passion for aesthetics was ignited after experiencing Rejuvenation Rooms' treatments, which prompted her to join the team in December 2021. As a former Spa Manager and recipient of two ""Best Spa"" awards, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. As a dedicated practitioner, Shannon's top priority is to ensure that both new and returning clients feel relaxed and well-cared for while achieving their desired results. She specializes in medical-grade skincare, laser hair removal, massages, HIFU, aquafacials, skin peels, and Emerald laser, but continues to expand her knowledge and skills through regular training and the pursuit of new treatments.
