What is volite?

Juvederm Volite is an innovative hyaluronic acid based injectable treatment designed to improve skin quality. Tiny microdroplet injections of volite are delivered into the dermis where they can take effect to nourish the skin from the inside out. Not ony does it hydrate the skin, because of the high water-binding capacity of each hyaluronic acid molecule, it increases skin elasticity because hyaluronic acid stimulates collagen and elastin production, it also smoothes the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines.

Who is volite suitable for?

Volite is suitable for all ages and skin types. This treatment is suitable for anyone who is particularly looking to hydrate dry lacklustre skin, improve the general integrity and radiance of the skin, or address fine lines that need smoothing.

Does the procedure hurt?

Topical anaesthetic cream is applied to the area of skin being treated for 15 minutes prior to the procedure. There may be a little discomfort, but due to the fine needles used and the effect of the numbing cream, the procedure is very well tolerated.

Is there any downtime?

No, this treatment doesn't require any downtime. There may be slight swelling and redness at the injection sites, but these usually resolve within 1-2 hours following treatment.

How long do results last?

Improvements to skin hydration and texture typically lasts up to 9 months. We recommend maintenance treatments every 6-9 months for optimal results.
