Tracey was brilliant. I had a free consultation first before making my decision. She was extremely patient, explained every step of the procedures and made me feel really confident and at ease. On the day of my treatments I was nervous, she was amazing, made me feel relaxed and again went through things with me. She was so gentle and calming, making sure I was ok all the way through my treatments. I am absolutely over the moon with my results, they look fantastic! Better than I ever anticipated. The clinic is absolutely spotless, very tranquil, very friendly and welcoming I would thoroughly recommend it! Tracey is the lovliest, friendliest but proffesional person ,shes fantastic at what she does. It was my first time...and not my last! Money well spent , its given me alot of confidence.
